So we have been here in Cape Town for just over 2 weeks now,
the wind has been great as have the waves. We have also managed to get in a fair bit of freestyle too.

We had some sessions north of Cape Town also, twice in Langeban for some freestyle action and surprisingly on the second day we managed to score some waves their also.

Though my favourite session yet..... was just a few days ago at a spot called "Patanosta."
The waves here were ranging from waist high to well above head high and although it was not the biggest wave they were nicely formed had a good bit of power to them and at times just seemed to go on and on. the wind was cross off from the port tack with most people on 4.5m to 4.0 making riding perfect.

Im told this spot does not work often but im hopeing it does again.

we have been here a week now
had 3 days on the water, lots of freestyling at the lake and wave sailing in sunsets,bigbay and hakkgat. the wind has been very strong we are on 4.7's down to 3.7 often and the waves are nice and big.

im a bit out of practice but getting better
